First, the Home Office Research Report 1 and Report 2.
Second, please don't blog anything to do with Irish jokes - my family is Irish and you could be in trouble under the Protocol to the Convention on Cybercrime.
Third, look to your national criminal law to see if there is a criminal offence of defamation or blasphemy - in the UK, these are civil offences but were criminal.
Fourth - look at this link - lots of new technology stories here and also on news.google.com.
