3. How would you assess the development of jurisprudence regarding these cybercrimes? In class, you will be expected to present your views briefly.

4. Think about whether to buy Lloyd, I. (2004) Information Technology Law, Butterworths, 4th Ed. It can be useful background to our class. If you are also taking data protection Law, I really encourage you to buy the book.
