Week 4 Reading - Esposito and Reidenberg

For Week 4, we are considering xenophobia as an example of a speech-related crime that is not universally accepted. Please read either Schumacher or Rorive (whichever you have not previously read) and also the article on the implications of the France v. Yahoo! case by Professor Reidenberg.
