Week 7 - Denial of Service attacks

There's a slight change in the course order - with Richard Starnes here Week 8 (5-7pm remember!), this week we concentrate on Denial of Service and spam.
Read the 2004 APIG report on the CMU 1990, including their recommendations for amendment to the law, and also the Earl of Northesk's draft Bill. Do you think his Bill would be effective?
On interception/surveillance, read Lloyd Chapter 9 from 9.30.
